We had so much fun last year, that we’re doing it all again – and making it even better!! This year, we will not only have a festival in Spirit Lake on July 19-23, 2010, but we have also partnered with the Des Moines Social Club to have one in Des Moines on July 26-30, 2010.
During both festivals, students in grades 4-9 will have the opportunity to actively engage in a series of hands-on activities geared toward personal and artistic development. Instructors will inspire a greater awareness of students’ own artistic heritage, while instilling the value of art as a means of personal and cultural expression.
